T-SHIRT
2016 Summer Half Marathon Program

ROLE
I collaborated with the MCRRC Summer Half Marathon Program Director to design a fun, active look for the 2016 Run 13.1 shirttail graphic. The graphic was created to represent forward movement toward the 13.1 mile goal. The letter "R" was designed to appear as though it is running toward the finish line.

T-SHIRT
2018 Summer Half Marathon Program

ROLE
The MCRRC Summer Half Marathon Program Director and I worked together to design a fresh, new look for the 2018 Run 13.1 shirttail graphic. The graphic has a similar forward movement with the letter "R" appearing to run. We went with a thicker, stronger font, so that the letters and numbers would standout from the textured tech shirt material. For the 2018 version, I created a cleaner design that improved the cohesive flow of the letters and numbers. They now appear as one solid unit working together to achieve a goal. The addition of the wind lines behind the "R" and the "1" created a more visual forward movement of the graphic.

CAR MAGNET
2018 Summer Half Marathon Program

ROLE
The MCRRC Summer Half Marathon (SHM) Program Director and I worked together to design a Run 13.1 car magnet as an extra premium for the Summer Half members. The goal was to create a magnet that would inspire others to pursue their running goals and join the SHM training program to achieve success. We used the Run 13.1 graphic from the 2018 tech shirt and changed the colors to the State of Maryland colors to target a broader client base throughout the community.
